About The Role:
The CRM Sales group is in the forefront of enabling our users run their core CRM workflows, powered by proactive Agentic experiences that help revenue teams close more deals, on Desktop and Mobile.
We’re looking for an Lead Product Designer to join our CRM Sales group in Tel Aviv. This is a rare opportunity to join a group that redefines how revenue teams operate in an Agentic first era.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers, owning end-to-end design for features that impact large organizations around the world. This is a high-impact role for a designer who thrives on complexity, leads with all-around builder mindset leveraging AI tools and workflows, is deeply customer-focused, and knows how to deliver elegant solutions at scale..
What you’ll do
Conceptualize, define and ship end-to-end Agentic experiences that serve our customers' Jobs to Be Done, both on Mobile and Desktop.
Drive large, 0-to-1 cross product initiatives, guiding other Designers in helping ship a holistic product experience.
Drive vision initiatives to create clarity and alignment around the future of monday CRM.
Push the boundaries of how we work in the AI era, adopting new tools and workflows, and enabling your Product and Design teams to become more productive.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering leads and the CRM Design Leadership to define strategic priorities and roadmaps for your domain / team.
Be the voice of the customer by staying close to the users and obsessing about solving real world problems.
Contribute to monday.com’s broader design culture—driving guild initiatives, sharing learnings, driving best practices, and pushing our craft forward.
Requirements:
You bring 8+ years of product design experience
High AI fluency and proven track record working with Vibe Coding tools, Coding Agents and shipping experiences to production.
Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products and features that drove real impact, both for Desktop and Mobile.
Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
Experience working with, maintaining and leveraging an existing Design System.
Strong system design skills and ability to envision how interactions come together to generate holistic and consistent experiences, translated to multiple platforms and devices.
Exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of influencing decisions and driving impact through others without authority.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Ability to validate and iterate designs through research, experimentation, and live usage data
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
High level of written and spoken English.
