אנחנו מגייסים AI Agent Engineer לתפקיד hands-on של בנייה והעלאה לפרודקשן של AI Agents שמשתלבים במוצרים דיגיטליים פעילים ומשמשים משתמשים אמיתיים. התפקיד כולל בניית agentic workflows עבור מערכות ומוצרים של לקוחות גדולים, חיבור Agents ל-APIs, מערכות ומקורות מידע, ועבודה עם tool calling ו-orchestration. לצד ה-AI יש רכיב Backend משמעותי, עם גמישות בשפת הפיתוח.

דרישות התפקיד

• לפחות שנה ניסיון hands-on בבנייה והעלאה לפרודקשן של LLM Agents או Agentic Systems

• ניסיון עם LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel או framework דומה

• ניסיון ב-tool/function calling וב-agentic workflows מרובי שלבים

• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח Backend של מערכות Production, כולל REST APIs ואינטגרציות; (שפת הפיתוח גמישה).

• ניסיון עם LLM APIs כמו OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI או AWS Bedrock יתרון

• ניסיון ב-RAG, memory/state או multi-agent systems

• ניסיון עם MCP

• ניסיון ב-LLM observability/evaluation
