Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale curating projects for global hospitality brands, including well-known hotel brands and Cruise Ships. The Project Manager oversees projects from concept narrative to installation, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including budgetting, scheduling, purchasing and production.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, architects, and engineers to align art selections with project designs.
- Act as the main point of contact with the client and other stakeholders throughout the project.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and logistics.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and reading ID plans/CAD are an advantage.
- Passion for art and cultural narratives.
