We’ve reached a point where generating code is no longer the hardest part. AI agents can already implement changes, run tests, and open pull requests. But autonomous software delivery requires much more than a capable coding agent. It requires an AI SDLC Harness that can understand intent, gather context across systems, coordinate specialized agents, validate outcomes end to end, enforce policies, and deliver changes safely. That’s what we’re building at HiBob. Our goal is to move engineering from human-driven workflows with AI assistance toward autonomous, policy-driven delivery with people focused on judgment, exceptions, and accountability. We’re hiring a Senior AI Ops Engineer to help us build this next layer. This isn’t about creating another chatbot or isolated coding assistant. It’s about building the orchestration, evaluation, observability, governance, and infrastructure that make autonomous engineering possible at scale.
