GRC Solution Practitioner

Description

This role sits at the intersection of two worlds — deep GRC and cyber expertise, and the hands-on mindset of someone who builds things from scratch.

You'll work directly with clients to identify real business needs, shape the right solution, and build working demos that deliver end-to-end. Advanced AI tools aren't a nice-to-have here — they're how the work gets done.

What You'll Do:

• Identify business needs, gaps, and use cases across cyber risk, governance, and compliance — and turn them into clearly defined solutions
• Analyze the structure and architecture of client systems and processes to understand what's really needed and design the right response
• Embed AI into GRC workflows and take ownership of governing AI itself — defining the risks, controls, and oversight frameworks around it
• Scope and build working demos for risk assessment tools, TPRM frameworks, and regulatory compliance models, leveraging AI to accelerate development and raise the quality bar
• Own the full solution lifecycle: requirements, development, client implementation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in GRC, cyber risk, or business continuity, with solid grounding in cybersecurity and a strong understanding of enterprise systems architecture and processes
• Proven, hands-on experience using AI tools to build solutions and streamline workflows — not just familiarity, but demonstrated results
• Strong product thinking and execution: the ability to identify a business need, write a clear spec, and see it through from idea to client-ready deliverable
• Familiarity with leading frameworks: ISO 27001/42001, NIST, and privacy regulations
• Technical fluency across cloud environments and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Professional-level English and Hebrew

Advantage:

• Background in network architecture, operating systems, or security models
• Prior experience in a product role (PM or PO)
• Familiarity with advanced GRC platforms and current trends in risk and control management

מה תעשו אצלנו:

• זיהוי צרכים, פערים ו-use cases עסקיים בעולמות הסייבר, הסיכון, הממשל והציות ותרגומם לפתרון מוגדר
• ניתוח מבנה וארכיטקטורה של מערכות ותהליכים כדי להבין את הצורך לעומק ולהתאים את המענה הנכון
• הטמעה ניהול ושימוש ב-AI בתהליכי GRC, לרבות הבנת הסיכונים והבקרות הנדרשים סביב ה-AI עצמו (AI Governance)
• אפיון ובניית דמו לפיתוח כלים, מוצרים ומודלים (הערכות סיכון,TPRM, רגולציה), תוך מינוף כלי AI מתקדמים להאצת הפיתוח ולשיפור איכות התוצר
• ניהול המענה קצה לקצה: אפיון, פיתוח, מתן מענה הטמעות מול לקוחות ושיפור מתמשך

• 3+ שנות ניסיון ב-GRC , סיכוני סייבר, המשכיות עסקית לרבות ידע בעולם הסייבר והבנה של מבנה, ארכיטקטורה ותהליכים של מערכות מידע
• ידע ויכולת מוכחת בשימוש מתקדם בכלי AI לבניית פתרונות ולייעול תהליכי עבודה
• יכולת לזהות ולנתח צורך עסקי ולכתוב אפיון להתאמת מענה, חשיבה מוצרית ויכולת ביצוע מוכחת- מרעיון ועד מענה ללקוח
• היכרות עם מסגרות מובילות (ISO 27001/42001, NIST, רגולציית פרטיות)
• רקע והבנה טכנולוגית בסביבות ענן ובתשתיות IT ארגוניות
• עברית ואנגלית מקצועית ברמה גבוהה
