I've led teams, tamed ERPs, retained 90% of my client accounts at Navitrans, and I still find time to actually like Mondays. Now I'm scaling up — and my next growth stage requires exactly one thing: you. The Role I'm Looking to Fill: "My Next Employer" As your future IT & Project Manager, I will bring to the position: ✅ Proven delivery: end-to-end project leadership across software, data, logistics, and industrial sectors — on time, on budget, no drama ✅ Financial stewardship: budget oversight up to €1.5M, plus procurement, invoicing, and supplier negotiation skills sharpened at Alstom, Caterpillar, and KLA Tencor ✅ Security mindset: I've protected infrastructure and data from cyber threats — GDPR-compliant before it was cool ✅ People leadership: managed teams of up to 12, offshore included, with KPIs reported before the coffee gets cold ✅ Tools fluency: Jira, Monday, Azure DevOps, Microsoft BC SaaS, Shopify — and Agile is my native language (alongside French, English, Hebrew, and conversational Dutch)$ ✅ Enthusiastic about: engineering all ! privacy a lot ! security (please ask why if you are Israel Based!)
