Job description

מתן תמיכה פרונטלית למשתמשי הארגון וטיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה. עבודה שוטפת בסביבת Windows ו-Office, ניהול משתמשים והרשאות ב-Active Directory וב-Exchange, עבודה בסביבת Domain וחיבור מחשבים לרשת. במסגרת התפקיד טיפול בשרתים וירטואליים ובשרתי טרמינל, וכן עבודה עם מערכות אבטחת מידע כגון NAC ו-LAPS.

דרישות התפקיד

• ניסיון של לפחות 4 שנים בתחום התמיכה הטכנית

• ניסיון בתמיכה בתקלות קצה, חומרה ותוכנה
