מחפשים מעצבי UX/UI לחברת עודכנית! אפשר לשלוח למייל jobs@od.co.il פוסט משרה: We’re growing and looking to hire UX/UI Designer! What You'll Need: • Lead end-to-end design for our platform - from research and UX flows through high-precision UI and prototypes. • Own and evolve the Design System that keeps a large product surface consistent and development efficient as the platform scales. • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and QA - from early direction through implementation. • Leading UX projects and improving user experience Job Requirements: • 1-3 years of hands-on product design experience, ideally on B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design process. • Proficiency in Figma. • Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and building and maintaining an established design system. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box • Strong problem-solving and product thinking - attention to details. • Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Figma Make, Claude) • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Information Systems) or a UX course - an advantage.
