Job description
Join as an NPI Engineer and lead the introduction of innovative optical products from concept to production. Work collaboratively across teams to ensure successful launch and integration of new products.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the new product introduction process from design to commercialization.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and Quality Assurance.
* Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with new product launches.
* Lead design for manufacturability reviews and provide feedback to the design team.
* Oversee prototype development and testing phases.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
